Guiding the team is the Managing Director, Mr John Chipp, whose extensive experience comes from being a Property Valuer, Entrepreneur/Innovator and a Property Developer for over 30 years. Prospect 90 and its directors have development many successful projects over the past 30 years.

During the 1990s/2000’s Mr Chipp built a major national property services firm from the ground up. JLC Valuers was one of Australia’s largest Valuation firms specializing in residential and commercial mortgage Valuations and Quantity Surveying. The firm completed over two hundred valuations and reports per day. In May 2006 an ASX listed firm, LandMark White, made a major acquisition and purchased JLC Valuers.

JLC Valuers achieved many milestones including growth of 50% per year for close to ten years and was proudly awarded Business of the Year in 2004 by the Bayside City Council. In 2005 it was also awarded the Innovation Award from the Bayside City Council.

Mr Chipp has completed many successful high quality property developments throughout Melbourne. He has assessed hundreds of projects from a valuation perspective, giving Prospect 90 a solid foundation on which to build a property development company.

Mr Chipp is a Certified Practicing Valuer with the Australian Property Institute. He completed many courses including an Associate Diploma of Valuations and a Graduate Diploma of Property both at RMIT. A Real Estate Management Certificate at Prahran and part complete a Masters of Property at QUT.
